This one's close to my heart. Family of four wanted net-zero energy but didn't wanna sacrifice style. We pushed the envelope on passive design - triple-glazed windows, super-insulated walls, and an HRV system that actually makes sense. The heating bill? Under $200 a year. Yeah, seriously.

Tech hub meets green design. The clients wanted a workspace that'd attract talent and we delivered a building that's basically a living organism. Green roof, automated shading, air quality monitoring - the whole shebang. Plus it looks damn good from the street.

Healthcare doesn't have to feel sterile and depressing. We designed this clinic with tons of natural light, biophilic elements, and spaces that actually feel welcoming. Patients say they're less anxious just walking in - that's the kinda feedback that matters.

24-unit mid-rise that proves density and livability aren't enemies. Every unit's got cross-ventilation, private outdoor space, and the building's energy consumption is 55% below code requirements.
Ironworks Studios

Converted a 1920s warehouse into mixed-use creative studios. Kept the industrial character but added modern efficiency - it's got soul and substance.

We've got some exciting stuff on the boards right now - a zero-carbon office tower in downtown Vancouver, a community centre retrofit in Burnaby, and a residential project that's pushing mass timber construction in new directions. Can't wait to share 'em once they're built.
